Adley Gomez, the stillborn daughter of Chris and Lisa Gomez, died on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, at Newton Union Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Wallace Family Funeral Home. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News.

Those left to honor Adley's memory are her parents, Chris and Lisa Gomez of Newton; siblings, Gage and Isabelle Gomez; her maternal grandparents, Nancy Roney and Rick and Kathy Pittman; paternal grandparents, Gloria Gomez and Steve Goodwin; her maternal great-grandparents, Louann Whitcher and Fred Pittman; and aunts and uncles, Mindi Kelso, Johnny and Dawn Gomez, and Jim and Dawn Bollhoefer.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Robert "Bob" Gomez.
