Obituary

Betty Jean Elliott, 85, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst NC. She was born on May 9, 1927, in Cainsville, Missouri, beloved daughter of the late Roscoe Crouse and Bernice Harper Crouse.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Elliott. She is survived by her loving son, Larry E. Elliott and his wife Kristie, of West End, NC; her brother, Raymond Crouse and his wife Marie, of California; and her sister, June Morris, of Newton, Iowa. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Tori Arens and her husband Jeffrey, and Lance E. Elliott; and by her great-grandchildren, Tori and Justin.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, August 6, at the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh NC. Graveside services will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park.
