Memorial Service: 1 p.m., Monday, May 07, 2012 at the First Presbyterian Church, 220 N. 2nd Ave. E. in Newton.
Visitation: The family will greet friends following the service on Monday, May 07, 2012 at the First Presbyterian Church in Newton.
Those left to honor Rick's memory are his three daughters, Crystal Easley, Amber Easley, and Twyla Easley; four grandchildren, Cristian, Tony, Jasea, and Kayden; his sister, Lynn (Bruce) Atwood of Tempe, Arizona; niece, Stefanie Atwood of Tempe, Arizona; nephew, Kevin Atwood of Tempe, Arizona; his aunts, Yvette (Harold) Vande Berg of La Vista, Nebraska, and Liz Braun of Newton; and his Progress Industries family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard R. “Dick” and I. Jerrien “Jerri” Larsen Braun.

Rick was a graduate of Newton High School in 1969.

Rick worked at Progress Industries. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Rick loved being with his family and his Progress Industries family. He also enjoyed sports, fishing, and traveling.

MEMORIALS to the First Presbyterian Church or to Progress Industries may be left at the church on the afternoon of the service or at the funeral home. Memorials may also be mailed to the funeral home, please add Attn: Braun Family on the envelope.
