Patrick “Pat” Patterson, 50, formerly of Newton, died on Saturday, July 21, 2012. A visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon on Saturday, July 28, 2012, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News.

Visitation: The family will greet friends from 10 A.M., until 12:00 P.M., Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the funeral home.

Those left to honor Pat's memory are his mother, Janet Sue and Danny Stier of Newton; siblings, Paula Daniels of Newton, Dean Patterson of Newton, Kevin (Marcie) Patterson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Desiree Fischer of Newton; a special aunt, LaVon Hunter of Ira; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Darold Patterson.

Pat graduated from Newton High School in 1982. He served his country in the U.S. Army.

He was a Warehouse Manager for many years.
