Lucille Rasmussen dies Saturday;
services Tuesday

Mrs. Vernon (Lucille M.) Rasmussen, 62, of 530 W. 9th St. N., a resident of Newton for 44 years, died Saturday morning at Skiff Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home.
Father Joseph Denning, pastor of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, will conduct services. Burial will be in the Newton Union Cemetery.

Survivors are her husband, three sons, Edgar of Montezuma, Leslie of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Roger of Newton; a daughter, Mrs. Bernus (Dianna) Playle of Oskaloosa; and seven grandchildren.

Aslo surviving are two brothers, Lyle A. Hann of Wisconsin, and Glenn F. Hann of Davenport; and two sisters, Mrs. Thomas Young and Mrs. Walter Henry, both of Davenport.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and three brothers.

The daughter of Frank L. and Anna Mae Clark Hann, she was born Jan. 28, 1918 at McCausland.

She was married July 31, 1935 at Davenport.
