Dean W. Ebert, 85, of Park Centre of Newton, formerly of Peoria, Ill., died Saturday, Jan. 13, in Newton.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Deboldt-Kidd Funeral Home in Toulon, Ill. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.. Friday. Smith Funeral Home of Grinnell is handling local arrangements.

Mr. Ebert is survived by two sons, Philip N. Lynnville and William K. of Atascadero, Calif.; one daughter, Margo Ebert of Morton, Ill.; and six grandsons.
