Died - At his home in Palo Alto township on Monday night, Mr. Richard Benjamin. The deceased was 53 years old, and died after a lingering illness of cancer of the stomach. His funeral will be held at his home today at 2 o’clock p.m. under the auspices of the Odd Fellow order of this city. Mr. Richard Benjamin has been a highly respected resident of Jasper County for more than 12 years and his death will be mourned for by a large circle of friends. He leaves a wife and five children - all residents of Jasper County.
