MAXON R. STOUDER died May 20, 2003 at San Jose, CA. Mr. Stouder was born Nov. 9, 1915 in Newton, IA to Maxon R. Sr. and Fannie L. Stouder. He was a 1934 graduate of Newton High School and a World War II veteran. Aged 87 years. Mr. Stouder's family came to Newton in 1903 where his father operated the STOUDER DRUG STORE for many years. Mr. Stouder retired from United Airlines in 1980 where he had worked as an aircraft inspector at San Francisco Airport for 31 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Maxine, his brother- Howard, and two sisters- Elizabeth and Frances. He is survived by two sons, Jay M. Stouder of Bullhead City, AZ and Maxon R. Stouder III of Campbell, CA. He had one grandson and one great-grandson. He is interred at the Mission City Cemetary in Santa Clara, CA.
