Angel Lee Rescola was born May 11, 1971, in Newton, Iowa. Angel attended Newton schools and was currently attending DMACC.
Angel loved to live life on the edge. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle, spending time with her friends and family and making others happy. She loved her grandkids, listening to music, living life and her dogs, Elvis and Charlie.
Angel died on May 14, 2011, at her home in Colfax. She was 40 years old.
Those left to honor Angel’s memory include her daughter, Kayla (Jessica) Hawkins of Newton; her son, Jonah Jones of Newton; her fiancé, Toby Petrie of Colfax; her grandchildren, Camren Danger and Vada-Snow Danger; her mother, Melba (Lonnie) Schulz of Trussville, Ala.; her father, Terry (Jennifer) Rescola of San Luis Obispo, Calif.; her step-father, Steve (Gin) Burt of Clinton, Alaska; her sister, Teresa (Steve) Hall of Des Moines; and her brother, Bradshaw (Becky) Rescola of Cleveland, Ohio.
A funeral service will be at noon Friday, May 20, at Pence-Reese Funeral Home. Family will greet friends from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday. Memorials may be made in Angel’s name. Online condolences may be left at www.pencefh.com.
