Marvin J. Dieleman, 83, of Newton, formerly of Grinnell, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, in the Monarch Wing of Skiff Medical Center in Newton.
A celebration of life service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, at the Smith Funeral Home in Grinnell. Interment will be in Sully Cemetery in Sully.
Visitation will be prior to his service from noon until 1:30 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home.
Memorials can be designated to Jasper County Hospice, 204 N. Fourth Ave. E., Newton, IA 50208. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.smithfh.com.
