Gweneth E. (Newman) Jackson, 84, of Mount Lebanon, formerly of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Kellogg, Iowa, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2010.
Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton. Burial at Newton Union Cemetery.
Gwen was born Nov. 14, 1926. She was the wife of the late Robert D. Jackson, loving mother of Nancy Klucher (Harry) and the late Peggy Jackson; and loving grandmother of Victoria and Harrison Klucher. Gwen was an accomplished genealogist who traced her family heritage to the 1500s. She was an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Memorials may be made to the Allen County Public Library, 900 Library Plaza, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
