Esther C. Van Houweling, 91, of Pella died Thursday, May 13, 2010, at her residence in Hearthstone in Pella.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First Reformed Church in Pella. Visitation will be Monday at the Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home in Pella and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the church with the family present.
Interment will be at the Evergreen Cemetery in Leighton.

Esther Van Houweling was born April 13, 1919.
Esther had been a longtime presence in the Ben Franklin Store in Pella, and is survived by three nieces and a nephew.
Memorials may be given for Hearthstone (Jefferson Place) or Hospice of Pella, Iowa.
