Sandy Barrett-Lowry-Frisbie, 65, passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at home with her family by her side following a battle with a longtime illness.
She was born Jan. 25, 1944, in Plymouth, Mass. She was preceded in death by two sons, Doug and Robert Lowry. She is survived by her youngest son, Giles Lowry; two brothers, Mike and Dennis Barrett; two sisters, Linda Curtis and Sue McCoy; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She spent her life as a pet groomer in the Topeka area. A small get-together with family and friends took place in June 2009.
