Mrs. James Dougherty--

Mrs. James Dougherty, 78, of Winterset, Ia., aunt of Mrs. Oscar Kono and Mr. Harley Foster of Newton, died Sunday evening according to word received here.

Funeral services were held at Winterset Wednesday, at 2 o'clock.

Surviving are her husband and four daughters. Mr. Dougherty is a brother of the late Thomas Dougherty of Newton.
