Dean Kenneth Olson, 85, of Newton died on Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at the Monarch Wing at Skiff Medical Center in Newton.
No visitation is planned. Private family services are being handled by Pence-Reese Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Veteran’s Section at Newton Union Cemetery. Dean was born March 23, 1924, in Boone County, Iowa.
