IN LOVING MEMORY OF CLARA FARMER

Clara Farmer, 89 years of age, was born the daughter of Gerret and Mary DeHoot on February 16, 1887 in Sully, Iowa. She grew up and received her education there.

Clara married John Farmer on December 1, 1906 in Knoxville, Iowa. They made their home there before moving West, and settling in North Albany on a farm. They later moved to a farm in Philomath. John died in 1942. Clara moved to Corvallis in 1956 and to Albany in 1961.

Clara was a member of the First Church of Nazarene.

Clara is survived by three sons, John and Robert, both of Albany and Roy of Marion; by five daughters, Nellie Jarrell of Monroe, Iowa, Mable Weschnafske and Grace Donavan, both of Corvallis, Elsie Welch of Lebanon, and Mary Taylor of Waldport; by 27 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Interment: Riverside Cemetery, Albany, Oregon
