Mrs. Laura Kelly, 94, was interred in the Wittemberg Cemetery. She was born April 8, 1846 in Bristol, Vermont and died April 7, 1941. She was the daughter of Jonathan Heywood and married Capt. James Kelly, a Civil War Veteran, on February 11, 1866. They had 8 children. He died in 1896.

Their surviving children are William of Griggs, Idaho, and 2 daughters, Mrs. Adolph Bergman and Jessie Kelly, twins, in Newton. G B Kelly came for the funeral from Logan, Iowa.
