Michael T. Stotser

Funeral services for Michael Trent Stotser, 26, who was killed Wednesday in a two-vehicle accident northeast of Newton, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, at the First Christian Church in Iowa Falls.

The Rev. Charles Fleming, pastor of the church, will conduct services. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in Iowa Falls.

Linn's Funeral Home in Iowa Falls is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors are his wife, Cheryl; a son, Brandon Michael; a daughter, Tara Rae, all of Newton; his mother and step-father, Marna and Jack Huff of Cameron, Mo.; his father and step-mother, Robert and Betty Stotser of Marshalltown; a sister, Lori Wille of Williams; and a brother, Jefferey of Newton.

Also surviving are his paternal grandmother, Florence Stotser of Iowa Falls and his maternal grandfather, Loren Ziemer of Stevens Point, Wis.

Mr. Stotser was an employee of Newton Roofing Co.

He was born Aug. 20, 1963 in Iowa Falls and was graduated from Iowa Falls Community High School.

He was married to Cheryl Annette Wood Jan. 24, 1986 in Newton.

Mr. Stotser had resided in Newton since 1983. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, February 1990.
