HAYWARD, Wis. - Funeral services for Hazel L. Soule, 91, of Rt. 8, Hayward, mother of Dorothy Purtilo of Newton, were held Wednesday, Sept. 26, at Koerpel Funeral Home in Hayward, Wis.

The Rev. David Benson conducted services. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery in Windom, Minn.

Memorials to the American Cancer Society will be accepted.

She died Saturday at Hayward Area Memorial Hospital.

Also surviving are another daughter, eight grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and a sister. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, September 1990
