DES MOINES – Funeral services for Shirley L. Stanbrough, 69, of Riverview Care Center, 701 Riverview Ave., Des Moines, sister of Opal Halsey and Kendall Wilson, both of Newton, and Robert Wilson of Rock Creek, were held today, Sept. 6, at the Highland Park Funeral Home in Des Moines.

Burial was in Franklin Township Cemetery in Rippey.

She died Monday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, September 1991
