William A. Siems

DURANT - Funeral services for William A. Siems, 76, of Durant, father of Joan (Mrs. Paul) Frohardt of Newton, were held Monday, June 21, at the Lacock-Bentley Funeral Home in Durant.

The Rev. David Lawson conducted services and military graveside rites were conducted by the Durant American legion Post 430 at the Duran Cemetery.

He died Thursday at Mercy Hospital in Davenport.

Also surviving are his wife, another daughter, a son, and give grandchildren. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, June 1993
