CALIFORNIA - Julia Targgart of California, wife of late William H. Targgart, formerly of Monroe, died in California.

Graveside rites will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 5, at Silent City Cemetery in Monroe.

The Rev. Jerry Mc Gee, pastor of the United Methodist Church in Monroe, will conduct services.
