Donna E. Pearson, 50, of Kellogg died of complications of diabetes Saturday at Grinnell Regional Hospital. Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton's Funeral Home, with burial at Powers Warren Cemetery in Adelphi.

Mrs. Pearson was born in Jefferson and had lived most of her life in Des Moines before moving to Kellogg in 1989. She was a housekeepr for Von Maur and the Iowa State Fairgrounds. She was a member of the Des Moines Buckles and Bows Square Dance Club.

She is survived by her husband, Phil; her parents, Paul and the Lenora Emmeck of Des Moines; and two sisters, Joan Von Stein of San Francisco and Norma Jontz of Fort Myers, Fla.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American diabetes Association of Iowa. ~ The Newton (IA) Daily News, November 1994
