Wayne Underbrink

GAINESVILLE, Ga - Wayne Underbrink of Rt. 1, Box 1345, Gainesville, Ga. 30506, a former longtime resident of Newton and owner of Underbrink Jewelers in Hotel Maytag died Monday, Sept. 24, at Gainesville.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sandy Springs Funeral Chapel in Atlanta, Ga. Burial will be in Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery in Atlanta.

Surviving are his wife, Myrmell; two daughters, Laurie Rodgers of Marietta, Ga., and Cathy Young of Menominee, Mich.; and three grandchildren.

Mr. Underbrink, prior to coming to Newton, had been operator of jewelry stores for 10 years in Shenandoah and Des Moines.
