OBITUARY. - John Raisbeck was born in Mount Laffy, Schuylkill Co., Pa., Dec. 17, 1851. He died of Typhoid fever in this city, Oct. 8, 1893, aged 41 years, 10 months, and 21 days. The funeral services took place at the Wild Cat Grove Presbyterian Church, Rev. J. C. Jacoby officiating, and the interment in the adjacent cemetery. The deceased leaves a widow and five children to mourn his loss. ~ The Newton (IA) Journal, Wednesday, Oct. 11, 1893.
