DIED -- Mrs. H. C. DeWolf, of Prairie City, died at her home in Prairie City, on last Thursday, and was buried on Sunday morning. The deceased was one of Prairie City's best and noblest ladies, and her death will cause a vacancy that it will take a long time to fill. She lives two bright daughters and a loving husband. Many of the Newton G. A. R. will sympathize with their comrade, H. C. DeWolf, in his great bereavement. ~ The Newton (Iowa) Journal, Wednesday, February 15, 1893.
