W. Schweinebart Dies at Hospital; Rites at Baxter

William Schweinebart,83, a lifelong resident of the Baxter community, died at 12:30 pm Monday at the Skiff Memorial Hospital in Newton.

Mr. Schweinebart had been a patient at the hospital for a week.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday at the Baxter Congregational Christian Church.
The Rev. T.A. Thompson, pastor of the church, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Restland Cemetery at Baxter.

Mr. Schweinebart is survived by four sons, Albert,Edward and Earl of Baxter and Rinehart of Rhodes; a daughter, Mrs. Max (Margaret) Levis of Baxter; eight grandchildren, a great grandchild;a brother Fred of Baxter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister.

Mr. Schweinebart was a member of the Baxter Congregational Christian Church.

The son of Fredrick and Henrietta Schweinebart, he was born on a farm near Baxter August 16,1876.
Educated in rural schools, he was married February 23, 1910 to Helen Amandy Breer.

After his marriage he farmed in the Baxter area until his retirement in 1937 when he moved to Baxter.

Willaim was born 16 August 1876 died 16 November 1959.
