Farewell Dinner for Bob Clark

Mr. and Mrs. Sam Pollard of Newton had a farewell dinner at their home Jan. 10 for Bob Clark, who entered the service that week.

Those present for the occasion besides Mr. Clark were his mother, Mrs. Jennie Clark, his sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Runyan and children, Marianne and Michael of Bondurant, Bill Pollard and friend, Jean Stinson of Baxter. ~ Newspaper unknown, possibly The Newton Daily News or the Colfax Clipper.
