Former Resident to celebrate 100th birthday

Flossie Ashing (Mrs. Charles) of New Lisbon, Wis., a former resident of Kellogg, will celebrate her 100th birthday, Monday, Nov. 8.

Ashing and her husband managed the Kellogg Telephone Exchange from 1940-1951.
