To Joseph Logsdon:
You are hereby notified that on the 13th day of May, 1886, there will be on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jasper County, Iowa, the petition of Mahala Logsdon, claiming of you a divorce from the bonds of matrimony on the ground of wilfull desertion without reasonable cause, and for other equitable relief, and for further particulars you are referred to said petition to be on file as aforesaid, and unless you appear on or before noon of the second day of the next term of said Circuit Court to be commence on the fourth Monday in May, A. D., 1886, the same being the 24th day of said month, and make defense to said claim, your default will be entered and judgment and decree rendered as prayed for in said petition, and for cost of suit, RYAN & McELROY, Attorneys for Plaintiff. ~ The Newton Journal, 4-21-1886.
