OWINGS, J. B.
Farmer; Sec. 9, P.O. Newton; born in Tuscarawas Co., Ohio, in 1837; located in this county in 1855. He married Martha MILLS in 1860; she was born in Jefferson Co., Tenn., in 1844; their children are---Schaffer, born May 12, 1862; Gurty, July 27, 1865; Arrie A., Dec. 12, 1870. They are members of the M. E. Church; he is a Republican. Township Trustee. Jane YOUNG, also a member of Mr. OWINGS' family, was born in Belmont Co., Ohio, in 1818.
