BRIGGS, M.
Farmer, Sec 23, P.O. Kellogg; born in Summitt Co., Ohio, in 1827; located in this county in March 1857. He married his wife Susan in 1862; she was born in Ohio in 1831; they have five children-- Emma, Mary, Willie, Netty and Lulu.
