RULE, J. W.; Farmer, Sec. 36, P.O. Lynnville. He was born in Tuscarawas Co., OH, in 1835, and located in this county in 1866. He married his wife, Margaret in 1856. She was born in Harrison Co., OH in 1841. Their children are William, Mary J. and Ann.
