LYTLE, D. Y.
Pump manufacturer. He was born 1 Apr 1836 in Washington Co., VA, and in 1851 came to Highland Co., OH. In 1871 he removed to Jasper Co Iowa. He married Sarah J. OREBAUGH in 1859. She was born in 1840 in Highland Co., OH. They have one son-- John A., aged 18 years. He enlisted in 1861, in Co C, 81st Ohio V. I. and served three years and eight months, He was honorably discharged.
