FULLINGTON, A. H.
Farmer; Sec. 21; P. O. Colfax; born in Chittenden Co., Vt., Jan. 7, 1811; he lived in that county till 35 years old, and while there learned the trade of blacksmith and was engaged in the manufacture of wagons, buggies, and sleighs. In 1846, moved to Union Co., Ohio, and engaged in the dairy business, which he followed about fifteen years with good success. He followed farming till the Fall of 1865, and in April 1866, came to this county and located on his present farm. Married Miss Fannie BUELL Oct. 8, 1835; they have seven children living - Edgar B., born Sept. 6, 1838; Granderson J., Dec. 3, 1841; Jane E., April 19, 1848; Rollu F., May 13, 1851; Emma, Aug. 31, 1853; Kate, Nov. 11, 1855; Fannie, Nov. 5, 1859. Mrs. F. was born in Essex, Vt., May 6, 1817. Edgar B. and Granderson were both in the war; enlisted in Co. B, 32nd Ohio V. I., the former in September 1861, and served three years, and the latter in August 1862, and was mustered out May 29, 1865. Mr. F. is a Democrat in politics.
