PEASE, Hugh A.
Farmer; Sec. 26; P. O. Colfax; born in Richland Co., Ohio in January 1842; came to Jasper Co. in 1856. Has ninety-seven acres of land, valued at $40 per acre. Married Miss Ella J. MYERS in 1866. She was born in Hancock Co., Ohio in 1846. They have three children - Frank G., George M. and John M. Republican. Enlisted in the 40th I. V. I., Co. D, Captain F. W.
