COOPER, Joseph
Farmer, Sec. 15, owns 80 acres, worth $3200. He was born in Boone Co., KY 22 Sep 1850, and came with his parents to this county in 1851, settling in Newton village. His mother died in the Spring of 1862, aged 38 years. His farther is now residing in the Indian Territory. Mr. C. moved to this farm in 1874, the principal product of which is corn. He married Laura CULBERTSON in Newton in 1872. She was born in Harrison Co., OH.
