WARD, Solomon R.
Farmer; Sec. 9; P. O. Newton; was born in the town of Heath, Franklin Co, Mass., Feb. 25, 1847; came to this county Feb. 22, 1868. Is a Greenbacker in politics. His wife, Mary E. THOMAS, was born in Randolph Co., Ill., Jan. 25, 1854; married Feb. 3, 1870; have five children - Edna G., Thomas H., Willis H., Mary G., Jennie P. Mr. WARD enlisted in the 9th Ill. Vet. Cav.
