HATTEBUHR, Sophia, Mrs.
Farming; S. 22; P. O. Horn; born in Germany Nov. 12, 1833. Married Torneten HATTEBUHR in Illinois; he was born in Germany; he died in 1875. They had six children - Sophia, Henry, Mary, Dora, Etta and Lizzie. She has 176 acres of land, valued at $35 per acre. He came to America to Illinois in 1854; thence to Iowa in 1856. Mrs. H. is a member of the Evangelical Church. Mr. H. was a mason by trade, and followed it for several years.
