EYCHANER, Milton
Farmer and Stock Raiser; Sec. 4; P. O. Newton; born in Oneida Co., N. Y., May 28, 1832. Married Lana HAMM in New York Nov. 26, 1854. She was born in Oneida Co., N. Y., Nov. 24, 1833. They have nine children - George, Edward, Milford, Sarah, Adella, Frank, Milton, Hattie and Cora. Have sixty-five acres of land, valued at $40 per acre. He moved to Wisconsin and remained nine years; returned to New York, and thence to Iowa in 1866. He followed saw milling five years in New York. Himself and wife are members of the Christian Church. He moved on the farm before any improvements were made; he now has it well improved with orchard and grove, and well fenced.
