SCHNELL, P.
Proprietor of a saloon and billiard hall; Kellogg; born in Alsace (formerly owned by France, now by Germany) in 1851; he came to this country and located in Muscatine, Iowa, in 1868, and located in this town in 1875. He is a Lutheran, and a Democrat in politics.
