De LATE, William D.
of Golden and Co.; Farm machinery and seeds; born in Piscataquis Co., Me., in 1837; moved to Stephenson Co, Ill., in 1855, and located in this county in 1870. He married Miss Alice STALEY, Jan. 1, 1877; have one child--Willis, born Oct. 24, 1877; Mrs. STALEY was born in Niagara Co., N. Y., in 1855; her family located in Sac Co., Iowa, in 1870. The Company of which Mr. De LATE is a member does a large business in the farm machinery and seed business, averaging some $20,000 per year.
