RANDALL, William; Farmer, Sec. 8 and 9, P.O. Kellogg. He was born in Scioto Co., Oh in 1831, and located in this county in 1876. He married Eliza E. DELAY in 1858. She was born in Adams Co., OH in 1835. they have five children-- John W., Francis M., Clarence W., Cyrus N., and baby.
