HORN, L. H.; Farmer, Sec. 23, P. O. Lynnville. He was born in Washington Co., PA in 1845. He located in Keokuk in 1866 and in this county in 1871. He married Miss E. STARR in 1872. She was born in this county in 1850. They have two children--Nettie May and Willie E. They are members of the M. E. Church. He owns eighty acres of land, valued at $35 per acre.
