BEDELL, B. F.; Farmer; Sec. 6; P. O. Clyde; born in St. Lawrence Co., N. Y., Oct. 1, 1823; moved to Iowa in 1869. He is by trade a carpenter and builder, which he followed several years. Has eighty acres of land, with good house and other improvements, valued at $30 per acre. Married Jennet MERRIHEW in 1855. She was born in New York in 1834. They have four children - Carrie, Orra, Mary and Frank Leslie. Has held some township offices. Is a Republican.
