DOW, J. B.; Farmer, Sec 12, P. O. Kellogg; born in Morgan Co., Ohio, in 1820; moved to Scott Co. Ind.[sic-Iowa], in 1853; thence to this county in 1865. He married Maria MOSHER in 1841; she was born in Morgan Co., Ohio in 1823; their children are Albert T., Jasper B., Maria J., Mary I., Thomas J., John B. and Robert B. Are members of the Christian Church; he is a Republican. Owns eighty acres of land, valued at $50 per acre. Albert T. enlisted in the 2nd I. V. I and served with his regiment till mustered out at the expiration of term of enlistment. Jasper B. enlisted in the 20th I. V.
