1870 Brandon Twp Census shows:
Webster, Orv 39 M M New York Farming
Webster, Rhoba 34 F M New York Keeping House
Webster, Nancy* 13 F Iowa At SchoolThe William Moore-Nancy Webster marriage is in Marriage Book C, Page 346, Recorder of Jackson County. The ceremony was January 23, 1876 at the house of Orville Webster, J.W.Keister, J.P., presiding.
1880 Brandon Twp Census shows:
Thomas Stine Self M M W 35
Sarah Stine* Wife F M W 20
Arte Stine Son M S W 2
(Arte b: May 1878)Thomas Stine died Mar 1892 and his obit states that he married Sarah Webster in 1876.
1895 Brandon Twp Census shows:
Webster, Orvil 67 M M New York
Webster, Rhoba 56 F M New York
Webster, Nancy S* 38 F M Dubuque Co.,IA
Webster, Analisa 16 F Jackson Co.,IA
Webster, Juliebel 13 F Jackson Co.,IA

(All Thomas' and Sarah's children were living with Sarah and her parents)Sarah died in May 1911 and her obit states she married Thomas in 1876 and then Frank Butler in 1905.
My problem arises trying to determine where William Moore left the 'picture' and Thomas Stine came into the 'picture' !! Or are William and Thomas one in the same person and the county record is incorrect . . . . or did William die in 1876 and Sarah married Thomas before the year was out . . . . . haven't found a marriage record for Thomas & Sarah yet . . . . HELP please if you can.
