Naturalization Papers

I'm looking to find where Naturalization papers are housed for the County of Jackson. My husband's ancestor, Jacob Hansen, settled in Sabula, Jackson Co.,approx 1871. He arrived in the United States about 1865, census records indicate he was naturalized in 1871.
