History of Jackson County Iowa, Vol II

Yesterday evening on an Iowa GenWeb site I found the marriage of my gggrandmother Anna Elisabeth KRUG to Henry LINNEMANN on 16 Nov 1857. This marriage is listed in "History of Jackson County Iowa, Vol II."
I am so excited as this is a major find for me in my search for these ancestors. My question is what do I do now? Are these records still in existence? Can I get a copy?
