Michael Mueller (Miller) married Catherine Amendt who was born Nov. 29, 1837 or 1838. I did find a burial for her on 9/17/1900. It's in Buena Vista Co. St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.

Michael was born abt. 1830 in Germany. He died Jan. 17, 1923 in Jackson Co. IA

Michael was born abt 1830 in Germany. They moved to Iowa sometime after 1870. They appear on the census in Illinos in 1870 and in Iowa in 1880.

Catherine is a sister to my great-great-grandfather, Nickolaus Amendt.

The Amendt's in Iowa from Marshalltown, Peterson and Cerro Gordo Iowa are distant relatives from Nikolaus' brother John and Sebestian.

I would like to find an obituary or death certificate for Catherine if possible and photos of the grave sites. Catherine and Michael had two sons - Nicholaus born 1864 and Sebastian 1868 - both in Germany.
